You’d probably like to know a bit about us…
We are a family accountancy practice from Cheshire – Father and Daughter team, John and Laura. It has always been our vision to work together in a small business environment, and we have developed a wealth of experience with that goal in mind.
Chartered Accountant, FCA
John has over 40 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant. His early career was in practice in London and the Midlands, working with small business clients as well as larger companies and audit. John spent many years in senior financial roles and directorships in Logistics and Distribution, before joining forces with his daughter, Laura, to form Butlers.
He’s also a keen golfer, gardener and billiards player.
Chartered Accountant, FCA
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at a Big 4 firm in 2002, and with her true interest lying with small businesses, Laura moved into a small practice where she gained valuable experience as a client manager.
Laura is also a rider biomechanics coach, and loves music and movies
Trainee Accountant
Aimee is currently training for her AAT qualification. Aimee has been involved with equestrian businesses and has first hand experience of the industry.
Aimee enjoys horse riding and being in the great outdoors
